General safety tips

1. Do not burn reed sticks, strictly for diffuser use only.
2. Do not consume or ingest in any way.
3. Do not place directly on the surfaces, accidental spillage may cause damage.

Tips for placement of reed diffusers

1. Avoid direct sunlight and heat
   Do not place in direct sunlight, radiators or fires. It will draw the scent from the diffuser much quicker. Note: It is not safe to place them over heat sources as they are flammable.
2. Good air circulation but not too much
   Place your reed diffuser in a constant foot traffic that moves the molecules in the air naturally to carry the scent around and not directly under the fan or air conditioner and anywhere with direct wind blowing at it.
3. Humidity and room temperature
   Place your reed diffuser in a room with sufficient humidity and moderate temperature.

Tips for making your reed diffuser last longer

1. Good quality reeds
   Fiber reeds are designed specifically for the purpose of oil wicking and scent dispersal. Its porosity distribution is uniform, ensuring optimal oil distribution throughout the reed. These reeds soak up and diffuse scent stronger.
2. High quality oil
   Oils with too many synthetic fillers can clog the reeds, causing them to stop diffusing the scent. Poorly mixed oils may allow for a heavy smell at first and evaporate too fast that it consumes oils too quickly.
3. Remove reeds when not in use
   Simply put them on a tray. Remember to close the bottle's cap and cover the reeds with some cloth to prevent dust, hair, or dirt particles from the room.

Tips for controlling intensity of the fragrance

1. Change new sets of reeds
   Reeds may get clogged up with dust over time. You may replace the reeds when flipping reeds does not work anymore.
2. Flip the reeds
   If the scent is not as strong as it was, flip the reeds for fresh fragrance burst. You can also do it once in 2-3 weeks.
3. Use more reeds
   Starts with 1-2 reeds to get the intensity of the fragrance and slowly increase the number of reeds in the diffuser which suits your preference. Note that: More reeds also means faster evaporation.

   The 100ml size typically lasts for 4 to 6 weeks, while the 200ml size can last for 8 to 10 weeks. However, the duration may vary depending on factors such as the number of reeds used and the environment in which the reed diffusers are located.

2. How often to change the reed sticks?

   About every 6 months.

3. Is it safe to use?

   We use a blend of essential oils and organic water-soluble ingredients in our products, which are safe for use as home fragrance to scent your living space. However, please exercise caution to prevent spills and avoid placing them near flames. It's important to note that the reed diffuser oils are not intended for skin contact, consumption or ingestion in any way.
