Usually order takes 5-12 days subjected to destination. However, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We apologise if it does happen and we will assist to expedite the delivery.

Step 1: Turn the cap to remove plug from the bottle
Step 2: Remove stopper from the bottle

Step 3: Screw cap into the bottle

Step 4: Add the reeds one at a time

Step 5: Flip the reeds to help the oil climb

Step 6: Let your reed diffuser naturally permeate your space

Note: Reed sticks are strictly for diffusers only. Do not burn reed sticks.

1. Maintain moderate humidity & temperature of your room

2. Place it at the location with constant foot traffic to get the maximum value of our products.

3. Avoid placing at air-conditioned room so that it doesn't dry up your reed diffuser quickly.

The more reed sticks you use, the more intense the scent is.

You should not use the old reed sticks and should replace it about every 6 months.
